1. Open ChoreoSync and tap the cog at the top right of your library.
2. Tap Account, then Delete Account.
3. Enter the code we send you to confirm it’s you.

The app tells you which of two things happens before you confirm. Either we keep your account for 30 days so you can change your mind, then remove it and every video permanently — choose Delete immediately to skip the 30 days. Or your account and every video are removed straight away, with no way to get them back.

Write to privacy@choreosync.com from the email address on your account. You do not need the app to do this.

Your ChoreoSync account and profile (name, email address, phone number), your videos, audio tracks and project data, your Cue chat history, and your subscription record with us.

Deleting a video in the app removes it from our servers at the same moment. You do not need to delete your account to remove a video.

Copies may remain for a limited time in routine backups, caches and logs until they are overwritten. We keep what the law requires us to keep, or what we need to resolve a dispute. Crash reports carry no account and are not tied to you.

ChoreoBook is a separate product. If you use it with the same sign-in, deleting your ChoreoSync account does not delete your ChoreoBook account.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions, or on iPhone in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
